CiCi’s Cafe was first established in Tarzana in 2006 and specializes in homemade recipes for all different types of breakfast and lunch. Starting off with a “small” menu of 8 pages, Chef Cici introduced her customers to 13 different types of her original mouth-watering pancakes.
